I have been teaching Pilates for around fifteen years now, but exercise has always been a big part of my life.
Pilates is a great form of exercise to start at any age. It will help improve your body’s flexibility and strength through a range of movements which are tailored to your ability.
Osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists are now recommending Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise today.
I teach in various locations within Surrey - these include Stoneleigh, Ewell, Worcester Park, Epsom, Leatherhead, and Dorking.
My class sessions are always kept small (no more than twelve per class). This allows me to give each of my clients individual attention where needed. I also offer private sessions too.
